Dear Parents,

 

 We are now fast approaching the end of another school year. We will have a number of changes in the staff for next year and  I hope to announce these changes as soon as they have been approved by the Board of Education. The district began the search for replacement teachers several months ago and we have reviewed the resumes of several hundred teachers, interviewed over 100 teachers and observed many demonstration lessons. We believe that we have been able to attract and sign up wonderful teachers who must fill the positions of our equally wonderful retirees.

 

I expect that we shall have a dynamic, exciting year ahead for the students and the staff. I will advise about our new staff as soon as I am able. I know that you are all anxious. Classroom and teacher assignments are provided throughout the district on August 15, 2008; however I can at least let you know who will be new to the school.
